Junior Financial Manager (reporting)

Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ownership of month-end and quarter close & consolidations Statutory accounts, IFRS & regulatory reporting All SARS related submissions Maintain and ensure compliance of documentation standards Maintenance of financial controls & policies Support external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and disclosures Monitor and apply changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with tax, legal, and audit teams to ensure disclosure alignment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
CA (SA) with 2 years business experience Financial analyst skill set advantageous Power BI proficient
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Strong in Excel, dashboards, storytelling with numbers IFRS Knowledge Collaborative and commercially minded Tax acumen - Provisional and VAT Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and Excel
COMPETENCIES / ATTRIBUTES:
Accuracy, analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills
