1-2 years of finance or accounting experience (internships considered).
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel at an advanced level.
Good communication and organisational skills
Duties:
Maintaining accurate financial records on Excel.
Capturing Manual payments on the accounting system: Great Plains.
Raising Purchase Orders on Great Plains
General office and admin duties.
Booking travel for staff and clients.
Receiving of goods.
Managing parking for the office.
Capturing and processing General business expenses.
