Our client, a reputable machinery manufacturer and supplier based in Kempton Park, is seeking a dynamic Junior Financial Manager to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a candidate with completed SAICA/SAIPA articles and post-articles experience, looking to step confidently into a leadership position. You'll work closely with senior finance stakeholders and lead an experienced team -- so a strong, assertive personality is essential.
? Junior Financial Manager -- Kempton Park (Machinery Manufacturing & Supply)
Permanent & On-site
R 550 000 - R 600 000 per annum & Excellent Bonus & Benefits
? Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily finance operations within a busy manufacturing environment
• Lead, guide, and support a senior-level finance team
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Support the FM/FD with strategic decision-making
• Drive process improvement and reporting optimisation
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and key stakeholders

? Requirements:

• Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (essential)
• Post-articles experience (advantageous)
• Strong technical accounting ability
• Manufacturing industry exposure beneficial
• Proficiency in accounting systems & Excel
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset
