Job Description
Job Summary
? Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily finance operations within a busy manufacturing environment
- Lead, guide, and support a senior-level finance team
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Support the FM/FD with strategic decision-making
- Drive process improvement and reporting optimisation
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and key stakeholders
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (essential)
- Post-article experience (advantageous)
- Strong technical accounting ability
- Manufacturing industry exposure beneficial
- Proficiency in accounting systems & Excel
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset
- Lead a senior team with authority and professionalism
- Take ownership of deliverables and drive deadlines
- Communicate clearly and confidently at all levels
- Operate with resilience in a fast-paced environment
- R550 000 - R600 000 per annum
