We are looking for a hands-on Junior Finance Manager to take ownership of the full finance function within a growing business. This role is ideal for a qualified professional who is ready to step into a leadership role with real growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full finance function, including monthly management accounts
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Statutory compliance and reporting
- Managing and guiding a team of more senior staff members
- Supporting business decision-making with accurate financial insights
- Completed SAIPA articles and 5-10 years post experience
- Solid understanding of the full finance function in a group environment
- 3-5 years Management experience
- Confident, mature, and professional approach to people management
- Strong interpersonal skills and a great personality
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and adaptable
