Junior Field Supervisor (indonesia)
Job Description
KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful incumbent will be assigned to work in my clients Palm Oil Estates Operations Department.
Oversee daily field operation activities: planting, harvesting, crop care and road maintenance (PDCA).
Coordinate efficient transportation of harvested fruit from estate to mills.
Analyze field productivity data to identify areas for performance improvement (for daily activities and process improvement initiatives).
Mentoring and upskilling of field workers.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor''s Degree in Agriculture / Forestry or a related field.
Three to five years experience in agriculture or field based operations.
Experience in a supervisory role.
Independent, Proactive, eager to learn and results oriented.
Strong social and interpersonal skills.
Exposed to meeting and working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Ideally has travelled outside home region or overseas (Asia would be beneficial).
Willing to learn different languages.
Comfortable to live and work in remote areas.
Outdoor hobbies and sports interests.
Relationship status: preferably single.
