Assist with administrative duties, ensuring seamless client experience.
Loading finance applications efficiently and accurately.
Performing general administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Delivering impeccable client service with professionalism and friendliness.
Explaining finance transaction costs, terms, and contractual obligations to clients.
Presenting various products and services to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Compiling and submitting files with required documentation to financial institutions.
Ensuring timely follow-up and payment of transactions.
Grade 12 qualification or equivalent. National Certificate in Automotive (NCA) certificate is advantageous. Prior experience in a dealership environment or related field is advantageous. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Valid driver's license / reliable transportation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
