We're on the lookout for a Junior Facilities Assistant -- someone reliable, proactive, and willing to roll up their sleeves. This is an ideal opportunity for a young, practical individual looking to grow into a long-term role in facilities and property support.
What the Role Involves You'll support the smooth operation and maintenance of our sites, helping to keep everything safe, clean, and fully functional. Your tasks will include:

• Carrying out routine inspections across multiple premises
• Recording electricity and water meter readings daily
• Assisting with general maintenance and basic repairs
• Handling tenant support and resolving minor facility-related issues
• Gathering and evaluating quotes for service providers and repairs
• Coordinating contractors and attending service-related meetings
• Supporting office relocations and logistics
• Responding to faults and tracking them through to resolution
• Ensuring health, safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld

What We're Looking for - We want someone who:

• Has at least 1 year's experience in a facilities support or maintenance role
• Is physically fit, energetic, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
• Is tech-savvy enough to update checklists, task trackers, and reports digitally
• Is well-organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Has excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Pays attention to the small things and takes pride in a job well done
• Holds a valid driver's license - you'll be travelling between sites in a company vehicle
• Is young, male, and under 30, due to the physical and junior nature of the role
• Would rather learn and grow than feel bored or overqualified
