Are you ready?What are we looking for?We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets: The junior marketing assistant will assist the school's Marketer with the day-to-day marketing activities on a school level, in support of the school objectives and marketing strategy. The role will be fluid and change according to the needs of the school and related projects and will include, but not be limited to, the following key performance areas:SCHOOL MARKETER SUPPORTProvide support to the school marketerExecute marketing related assignments as requiredProvide data reporting to the school marketer as per agreed timelinesSCHOOL MARKETING SUPPORTIn the absence of a school marketer, provide direct marketing support to the school. MARKETING STRATEGY INTEGRATION ALIGNED TO CURRO OBJECTIVESSupport school marketer with the development of individual school marketing plans.Oversee and guide the implementation of the approved marketing plan.MARKETING PROJECTS, OPEN DAYS AND EVENTS SUPPORTAssist the school marketer with promotional events to acquire and retain, based on requirements and within budget supported by the approved marketing planEnsure standards and effectiveness are maintained in line with strategy and project plan/sTrack and achieve targets as agreedCompile post event reports and provide feedback to school marketerBRAND AND CORPORATE IDENTITY MANAGEDAssist with implementation of the brand and correct use of CI (Corporate Identity) across the school with regards to all marketing collateral as per guidelines issued from centralised marketing and communications teamAssist with conducting brand auditsBe a brand ambassadorMARKETING PUBLICATIONSAssist with ensuring new materials for schools are packaged and deployed in line with strategyConsistent approach maintainedCorrect and relevant information is usedONLINE PRESENCE MANAGEDMonitor social media accounts and assist with creating and posting content.SALE RESEARCH, LEADS AND CLOSINGNurture and convert leads to sales in line with targetsRecord leads and analyse qualityProfessional image maintainedProactive and professionalAssist and guide effective processesCommunications with stakeholders actioned daily / as requiredCommunity involved and mobilised as required in terms of strategyRead more about where you will workPRIMARY SCHOOL | HIGH SCHOOLPlease apply before 21 September 2023.
