Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented Electrical Systems Design Engineer to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical vehicle programs from concept through to production.Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for armored vehicles, including power distribution, lighting, communication, and control systems.
- Produce wiring diagrams, harness layouts, and electrical schematics using software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or Zuken.
- Select and integrate components such as batteries, inverters, relays, and circuit protection devices.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct fault diagnosis, testing, and validation of electrical systems.
- Support prototype builds, production readiness, and technical documentation.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in electrical design (preferably in automotive, defense, or heavy vehicle sectors).
- Proficient in electrical CAD tools and knowledge of low-voltage systems.
- Understanding of EMC, wiring standards, and vehicle safety systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
