Junior Dtp Operator

Job Description
A busy, retail front, print franchise, requires the skills of a DTP operator to service walk-in customers.
Able to re-touch artwork files
Prepare artwork files for print
Styling office documents into printable formats
Working with digital printing machines
Face-to-face customer interaction
Controlling workflow so that jobs are produced on time
Placing logos and designs into layouts, under client direction
Creation of job quotes
Able to finish and bind printed products
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Knowledge and working experience with either Coreldraw or Adobe Creative Suite
Industry experience required
Knowledge technical output requirements for litho print and digital print
A qualification in graphic design is advantageous
Desktop publishing
Customer service for retail facing
Mathematics
Design and knowledge thereof
