A designing and events management company is looking for a creative Junior Draughtsman/ person with 2 to 3 years' work experience in the field.

About the person:

Ability to create detailed technical drawings and accurate layouts for events. These drawings help visualize the event set up, ensuring efficient use of space and guide production and installation teams. You need to be creative. Ability to turn concepts into accurate technical drawings. Enjoys to see your designs come to life in stylish interiors and premier public spaces. You need to be proficient with CAD and layout software. Understanding event flow and guest experience. Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.

Key responsibilities:

Venue mapping - digitally map out event spaces based on site measurements or venue-provided plans. Creating event layouts - designing detailed floor plans for events including stages, seating, furniture and decor. Furniture and equipment placement - draw precise furniture layouts for lounges, dining areas, booths, etc., ensuring comfort, flow and compliance with venue regulations. CAD drawings to produce 2D and 3D drawings. Reviewing and updating drawings based on design revisions and site feedback. Reviewing and updating drawings based on design revisions and site feedback. Delivering high quality drawings on time while ensuring compliance with standards. Spotting opportunities to improve costs and design efficiency. Maintaining organized project documentation for ongoing and future reference. Updating and revising layouts based on on-site changes or last-minute client requests.
