The Role: Junior Developer

Key Responsibilities
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across various projects
Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams on technical solutions
Support commercial and operational teams with tech-driven initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure smooth system performance
Continuously learn and apply new programming concepts and best practices
About You
3 years of development experience
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Strong academic record (GPA > 70% from UCT, Stellenbosch, Wits, or UP; GPA > 80% from other universities)
Demonstrated coding ability and passion for software development
Curious, adaptable, and eager to work across commercial, operational, and technical areas
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
