THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an opportunity for a
Junior Demand Planning Analyst
to join ourInsights
team. This position aims to ensure our restaurants remain adequately stocked by investigating and fixing stock issues, managing data, and optimising supplier performance. Handle new item allocations, monitor stock levels, and contribute to automating replenishment processes for a seamless supply chain.DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct investigations on reasons for out-of-stock instances. Maintain master data (delivery days, days target coverage, MRQ's, suppliers, stock items details etc.) Conduct ad hoc analyses/investigations on supplier OTIF performance and overstocking issues. Assist with allocations of new stock items and ad hoc allocations for promotional items. Assist with orders for new stores. Monitor stock levels and place top-up orders. Monitor deviations from forecasted usage/delivery schedules and take corrective action. Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining a Central Ordering system to automate 300+ stores' replenishment.
REQUIREMENTS
BCom, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar degree. Competent in Excel (PIVOTS, VLOOKUPS & SUMIFS). Experience in a similar role is desirable.
