Job Description
A consulting company with a good blend of experienced leadership and freethinking youth with a proven track record of realising business values by delivering quality technology solutions and facilitating business change while providing extended Business and Information Management (IM) Consulting services and expertise are looking to extend an offer to a Data Engineer for a role within a team whose objective is to be a global player in Data Analytics and Digital Transformation while making an active contribution to the local economy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in computers or equivalent diploma,
- At least 1 years working experience
- Data Analysis/Engineering Skills
- Azure
- Azure Data Factory (ETL)
- Python
- Data Bricks
- Power BI
Responsibilities:
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
- Proficient in data integration and transformation processes.
- Azure Platform Proficiency, hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory.
- Familiarity with Azure Databricks for big data processing and analytics.
- Knowledge of Azure services related to data storage, databases, and analytics.
- Proficient in creating reports and visualizations.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Data Modelling, ability to design and implement data models for analytical purposes.
- Problem Solving, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the context of data-related challenges.
- Collaboration, Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and IT professionals.
