About the Role

As a Junior Data Analyst, you'll support a 2-year research project through hands-on data analysis and engineering. Your work will include:


Data analysis, loading, transformation, cleaning, extraction, and reporting. Developing and maintaining data pipelines and models. Preparing analytical datasets for colleagues and partners. Ensuring data quality, validation, and governance. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand and support their data needs.

What We're Looking For

Tertiary education in an analytical field, or proven knowledge of analytics techniques and mathematical concepts. Minimum 1+ years' experience as an intern or employed as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst. Basic SQL query knowledge. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI preferred). Ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Willingness to learn and share knowledge. A passion for making a difference and upskilling others. Alignment with Harambee's culture and mission.
