Western Cape, CPT - Northern Suburbs
R 220 000 - R 250 000 Annually Cost To Company (All benefits are included in total cost to company)
My client based in Cape Town is looking to add to his team of Customer Success Managers in the near future. This role is a great opportunity for graduates with degrees in Business, Marketing or related and 2 years proven experience in a similar role such as key accounts or related.
Requirements for this role include
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem - solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Customer on-boarding (ensure smooth transition and assist with product/service adoption; provide training to educate customers on product features and best practices)
- Relationship building
- Product knowledge and expertise
- Issue resolution (resolve and escalate when necessary)
- Retention and expansion (implement strategies to increase customer retention rates and cross sell relevant opportunities)
- Customer feedback and advocacy (using testimonials, case studies and referrals)
- Metrics and reporting (analysis of data to identify trends, assess performance and make data-drive recommendations)
- Customer communications
