Junior Customer Success Manager
Job Description
Western Cape, CPT - Northern Suburbs
R 220 000 - R 255 000 Annually Cost To Company (All benefits are included in total cost to company)
My client based in Cape Town is looking to add to his team of Customer Success Managers in the near future. This role is a great opportunity for Honours graduates with degrees in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research or similar. Its suitable for young, energetic, positive and highly analytical candidates and is a great opportunity for South Africans who enjoy working with people and are totally fluent in English to enter the exciting Supply Chain space .
Various responsibilities will include the following
- Ensure daily import of data into the system is successful
- Manage the customer communications for all support issues
- Assist customers with daily interaction with specialised software (inventory/MRP)
- Update the customer portals on current outstanding issues (JIRA, TRELLO)
- Prepare and present webinars on system functionalities and new features
- Attend client and internal meetings
