- Contribute to the design, development, and validation of credit risk models in line with IAS 39 and IFRS 9 standards.
- Support strategic credit risk advisory projects focused on enhancing client risk management frameworks.
- Engage in capital and balance sheet management initiatives, including ICAAP, economic capital modelling, and risk appetite assessments.
- Collaborate with a wide range of financial clients from banks and development finance institutions to microlenders and retail credit providers.
- Enjoy the potential for international exposure, with opportunities to travel across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Qualifications:
- Honours or Masters Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline
- Experience:
- 03 years of experience in a quantitative credit risk or analytical role (graduates welcome to apply).
- Experience with SAS or similar analytical tools is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex quantitative concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including clients and senior executives.
