The purpose of this role is to handle all sales orders received and plan the loading schedule for delivery to customers and serve a good quality standard customer satisfaction, also to ensure good warehouse management and effective measuring of the transporters service output quality to Farm Foods.

Requirements

The candidate must have the following:

• Grade 12 certificate
• Experience in a similar role: 2 - 4 years
• Warehouse management or Logistics experience
• Valid Drivers License
• Computer literate

• Ensure effective loading schedule planed based on orders placed by customers and sales team.
• Measure and manage transporters output and quality service delivered to Farm Foods
• Wearhouse control to ensure stock rotation and effective housekeeping practices.
• Managing customer service and relationships.
• Ensure and manage the quality of delivered products and services.
• Proactively identify possible risks and ensure timely action to limit and/or prevent risks.
• Liaise with internal clients around workflow and procedures.
