Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 57 years experience in project financial management or contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and financial controls.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project management tools.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Skilled in risk identification and mitigation.
