Support the Construction Support Manager in the day-to-day management of site operations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor project schedules and assist in progress reporting and documentation.
Help manage procurement, logistics, and material deliveries.
Conduct regular site visits to check on progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
Assist in resolving on-site issues and provide technical support to the project team.
Maintain accurate records, drawings, and other project documentation.
Contribute to project meetings, providing updates and insights as required.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in construction or project support roles (graduate-level candidates with relevant internships will be considered).
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project documentation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
