At MyRunway, we rely on analytics to guide every decision, from campaigns to product strategy. We need someone who can turn raw data into actionable insights that genuinely influence the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Data Insights & Analysis:

Examine sales trends, website traffic, customer behaviour, and product performance. Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.

Trading & Performance Monitoring:

Track daily and weekly metrics across brands. Highlight opportunities, risks, and unexpected shifts, and suggest the next steps.

Collaboration Across Teams:

Work closely with Demand and Supply teams to enhance campaign effectiveness, manage stock, and protect margins.

Customer Journey Analysis:

Investigate online customer behaviour to uncover friction points and propose solutions that improve conversion rates.

Actionable Reporting:

Create reports that make sense to humans, not just machines. Ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to interpret across systems.

Your Toolkit:

Excel & Google Sheets (pivot tables are essential) Google Analytics / GA4 BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Qlikview, or Power BI Bonus: SQL knowledge

Who You Are:

Degree or diploma in Statistics, Economics, Commerce, Marketing Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in e-commerce, BI, or data analysis Sharp analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness Able to quickly connect data patterns to business actions Thrive on translating insights into immediate, real-world decisions
