What You'll Own

Insight & Analysis

- Dive into sales, traffic, customer behaviour, and product performance. Turn chaos into clear commercial intel. Spot patterns, warning signs, and opportunities before anyone else.

Trading Support

- Track numbers daily and weekly, brand-by-brand. Highlight spikes, dips, and plot twists. Recommend exactly what the teams should do next.

Demand & Supply Collaboration

- Partner with Demand and Supply teams to improve campaigns, mitigate stock risks, and optimise margins.

Customer & Site Behaviour

- Follow the customer journey like a detective. Identify friction and suggest fixes that improve conversion, not just aesthetics.

Reporting That Drives Action

- Explain insights like a human, not a textbook. Keep data clean, consistent, and flowing across systems.

Your Toolkit

Google Analytics / GA4 Excel + Google Sheets (pivot tables are your best friend) BI tools: Looker, Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI Bonus: SQL

Skills & Experience

Degree or diploma in Stats, Maths, Information Systems, Economics, Commerce, Marketing Analytics, or similar

OR

proven experience in e-commerce, BI, data analysis, or commercial analytics Strong analytical instincts, commercial awareness, and an ability to connect the dots fast
