WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Insight & Analysis

Tear into sales, traffic, customer behaviour, and product performance Turn raw chaos into "here's what matters" commercial intel Catch patterns, warning signs, and opportunities before anyone else clocks them

Trading Support

Watch the numbers like a hawk: daily, weekly, brand-by-brand Call out spikes, dips, and plot twists the moment they happen Break down exactly what changed and what the teams should do next

Demand & Supply Collaboration

Team up with Demand to sharpen campaigns with real-time intel Work with Supply to expose stock risks, replen wins, and margin movers

Customer & Site Behaviour

Follow the customer journey like a detective: where they click, bounce, stall, or convert Spot friction instantly and suggest fixes that move conversion, not just aesthetics

Reporting That Drives Action

Explain insights like a human, not a textbook Keep data squeaky-clean, consistent, and flowing across systems

YOUR TOOLKIT

Google Analytics / GA4 Excel + Google Sheets (you can bend a pivot table to your will) BI tools: Looker Bonus: SQL/ Tableau / Qlikview / Power BI -- not required, but a very nice flex

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A degree or diploma in something analytical: Stats, Maths, Information Systems, Economics, Commerce, or Marketing Analytics OR proven experience in e-commerce, BI, data analysis, or commercial analytics (we value real-world skill just as much) Strong analytical instincts, sharp business sense, and a brain that naturally joins the dots
