Job Summary Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supplier selection and contract negotiation processes.
  • Support the procurement of goods and services in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Address and resolve any delivery or quality-related issues.
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure procedural compliance.
  • Work closely with finance, logistics, and production teams to align procurement with company needs.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree (required).
  • Matric
  • SAP experience (essential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet procurement timelines
  • Previous experience in a buying or procurement support role.
  • Exposure to the manufacturing, engineering, or construction industries.
  • Understanding of inventory control and supplier evaluation processes.
