Junior Business Partner (Logistics Industry)
Department: Sales and Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients
Assist with proposals, pricing, and onboarding
Maintain CRM data and prepare sales reports
Support senior team members in closing deals
Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business (Advantageous)
12 years sales or customer service experience (preferably logistics)
Strong MS Office skills
Competencies:
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Goal-driven, organised, and proactive
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
