Duties & Responsibilities



Prospecting & Lead Generation




Research and identify potential clients, industries, and market segments Conduct competitor analysis to support strategic positioning Assist with outreach campaigns including cold calling and email engagement

Client Engagement




Schedule and prepare for client meetings, ensuring all materials are ready Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Assist in crafting compelling presentations and tailored proposals

Sales Support




Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion rates Support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals Liaise with internal departments to gather relevant information for client solutions

Reporting & Administration




Keep accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and feedback Compile weekly activity reports for management review Ensure all documentation complies with internal standards and processes

Skills and Competencies



Strong communication (verbal & written) Market research and analytical thinking CRM and MS Office proficiency Relationship-building and client engagement Time management and organizational skills Adaptability and resilience Initiative and eagerness to learn

Qualifications



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or client-facing role * Exposure to hospitality, cleaning, or workforce services is advantageous
