  • Conduct initial outreach to potential customers through cold calls, emails, or social media.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to meet potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Handle preliminary customer queries and provide information about the company's products or services.
  • Travel to customers and prospective customers in Gauteng.
  • Sales Presentations
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers, showcasing the company's offerings and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure that presentations are accurate and tailored to the customer's needs.
  • Sales Documentation
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Market Analysis
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and strategy teams to refine the company's positioning and offerings.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align business development activities with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery to customers.
  • Continuous Learning
  • Attend workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
  • Stay updated with the company's product and service offerings to effectively communicate with potential customers.
  • Sales Reporting
  • Track and report on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss strategies, challenges, and market insights.
  • Customer Feedback
  • Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs better and identify areas for improvement in the company's offerings.
  • Relay customer feedback to relevant departments for product or service enhancements.
  • Professional Experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role will be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of products in the Telecommunications industry will be advantageous.
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Freshsales) to manage leads, track communications, and report on sales activities.
  • Familiarity with office software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with sales and marketing platforms or tools is a plus (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot).
