Job Description

They pride themselves on delivering high-quality, custom-branded products and exceptional client service.This role is focused on driving new business through proactive client engagement and consistent sales activity. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to after-sales support. This is a field-based role that requires a motivated self-starter who thrives on exceeding targets and building client relationships.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the companys strategy.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions via CRM software.
  • Research and prepare for client meetings with a focus on understanding customer needs.
  • Communicate clear expectations on payment terms, artwork requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Promote product offerings, emphasizing quality, customization, and delivery capabilities.
  • Prepare and manage quotations and ensure accuracy throughout the quoting process.
  • Follow up on pre-orders, confirm deals, and liaise on artwork and template development.
  • Oversee the sales order process and maintain communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver after-sales service, including managing call cycles and client feedback.
  • Identify upselling opportunities related to events, promotions, and branding needs.
  • Submit weekly reports and track quote conversions.
  • Participate in monthly reporting, including submission of event photos and sales figures.
  • Keep detailed sales activity records to support transparency and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with senior management and escalate issues where required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or marketing

Remuneration:
