Job Summary
Our client based in Centurion are seeking a Junior Business Analyst who will be responsible for coordinating all changes with the ST Admin system environment and ST Admin office telephony.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering and analysis for new initiatives
- Support and coordination of all implementations
- Reporting of problems / incidents to respective vendors and ensure it gets resolved
- In collaboration with the respective vendors, plan and implement changes on these systems
- Matric
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years+ work experience in similar role
- Experienced in concepts like software development lifecycles, sprint planning, agile methodologies etc.
- Experience in financial services (Short-term insurance)
- Good understanding of server infrastructure and telephone
- Experience working with vendors
- Experience working with workflow systems
- Must be resilient
- Self-starter
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders
