Job Summary
Junior Brand Manager - Beauty Industry
Are you a creative, detail-driven marketer with a passion for beauty and brand building? This is your chance to join a dynamic team where you'll help shape the growth of leading beauty brands.
What you'll do:
Support the development and execution of annual brand plans
Drive product launches, promotions, and in-store activations
Manage PR, digital content, and social media calendars
Build strong relationships with retailers and internal teams
Track brand performance, competitor insights, and market trends
Maintain accurate SKU data and forecasts on Odoo
Assist with presentations, pricing, and strategy meetings * Maintain all social media platforms
- Contribute to brand storytelling through PR kits, press releases & content
A Degree in Marketing / Commerce
2-3 years' experience in brand or marketing roles (beauty or FMCG preferred)
Strong MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint essential)
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Highly organised, proactive, confident, and a team player
Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a passion for beauty trends
