to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with monthly reporting to ensure the company's accounting systems remain up to date and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Capture and reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
Prepare and process journals, petty cash, and credit card transactions.
Assist with payroll processing and statutory submissions (PAYE, UIF, VAT).
Prepare monthly management reports and trial balances.
Support the preparation of financial statements and audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding financial queries.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
