is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join our dedicated team in Port Elizabeth.

ABOUT US:

THE ROLE:

As our Junior Bookkeeper, you will work directly with our Senior Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and assist with various accounting functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their bookkeeping skills in a supportive, professional environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with data entry and maintaining financial records Process accounts payable and receivable Help with bank reconciliations Support month-end closing procedures Assist with billing documentation General administrative support to the finance team Other duties as assigned by the Senior Bookkeeper

REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant bookkeeping qualification Basic understanding of accounting principles Attention to detail and accuracy Computer literacy with experience in accounting software Good communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong organizational abilities

WE OFFER:

Full-time position: 40 hours per week Monthly salary: R16 000 Supportive work environment Opportunity for professional growth Valuable experience in practice management

LOCATION:

Remotely but employee must reside in the Port Elizabeth area. It is important to note that the company reserves the right to change the remote working to on site (office) working.
