Junior Bookkeeper (Debtors & Creditors)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Junior Bookkeeper

with a minimum of

3 years' practical experience

handling

debtors, creditors, and bookkeeping up to trial balance

. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Full debtors function (invoicing, statements, collections, allocations) Full creditors function (supplier reconciliations, payments, processing invoices) Bank reconciliations Journals and month-end processing Preparation of accounts up to

trial balance

Maintaining accurate financial records and filing Assisting with audits and financial queries where required

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum

3 years' experience

in a similar bookkeeping role Proven experience with

debtors and creditors to trial balance

Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel Relevant bookkeeping / accounting qualification will be advantageous

Salary:
