Job Summary Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma Bookkeeping or accounting qualification plus knowledge in relevant software package
  • Good standard of education including English and Maths (or equivalent)
Knowledge: * Sound understanding of statutory returns
  • Good knowledge of general administrative processes
  • Good understanding of organizational processes and practices
  • Experience:
- Relevant experience in a related role.
- Statutory returns (required) * Skills:

- Understanding of accounting systems, controls, and processes
- Good knowledge of general administrative processes
- Good understanding of business calendar and priority events
- Good inter-personal skills
- Ability to compile and analyze statistics
- Excellent organizing skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good time management skills
- Strong computer literacy especially in MS applications * Competencies:

- Detail orientated
- Multitask focus * Systems /Online Portals you will be using:

- Microsoft Teams
- Tasks in a Box
- Sage Xpress 50 CC (Accounting)
- Sage Payroll

- South African Revenue Services xe2x80x93 (SARS eFiling)
- Construction Industry Development Board Online Portal xe2x80x93 (CIDB)
- Private Security Industry Regulation Authority Registration Portal xe2x80x93 (PSIRA)
- Central Supplier Database Online Portal xe2x80x93 (CSD)
- Department of Employment and Labour Online Submission Portal * Aged between 18 and 34.
  • Must be Unemployed.
  • Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
