Junior Autocad Draughtsperson

Minimum of 3 years required for this role in a Property organisation.

This person will be responsible for:

Manage residential projects
Making construction analysis
Making technical drawings
Prepare building plans together with the customer and tailor them to delivery plans
Prepares detailed drawings, plans, charts or maps that include natural features;
Desired surface finish, elevations, electrical circuitry and other details as required;
Arranges for completed drawings to be reproduced for use as working drawings;
Assist scheduling the development of projects
Be aware of projects as they are planned, developed, and constructed

Certification in AutoCAD/Revit is preferred
Proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit is required
Construction background is preferred
Occasional travel may be required to other locations, as necessary
Degree in Architecture, Planning, Communications, Education or related field
Knowledge or experience in reading and evaluating zoning ordinances, building codes, applying for variances, rezoning permits, advantageous
