Law firm in Pretoria is looking for an Attorney to join their team in the Third Party Department.

Requirements:

An LLB degree from a recognised institution.



Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court



Must be in good standing with the Legal Practice Council.



A minimum experience of 3 years of post-article experience with proven expertise in Third Party legal matters.



The ideal candidate should possess exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.



Electronically proficient.



Excellent written, oral, and communication skills essential for litigation and effective client and team interactions.



A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a track record of handling complex legal issues.

Responsibilities:

Third Party Claims against the Road Accident Fund



Conduct consultations, and provide expert legal advice on third-party matters, including litigation, claims, and disputes.



Draft, review, and attend to pleadings and motions related to third-party matters.



Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes through diligent research, ensuring our legal practices remain at the forefront.



Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and timeliness in all legal services provided to clients.



Monitor and report on fee-generating activities, aiming to meet and exceed performance targets with a strong sense of initiative.
