Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Attorney in the Pretoria East area that has experience with banking litigation.
Requirements:
- Admitted attorney.
- At least 2 years' experience in banking litigation, preferably on unsecured loans
- Must have high court litigation experience.
- Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of the entire foreclosure process
- Vetting of Pleadings and Notices drafted by junior personnel.
- Managing of junior personnel.
- A valid driver's license.
- Excellent admin and organisational skills
- Functioning under pressure and able to adhere to stringent time- lines.
- Strong communication skills
- Administratively strong
- Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience working on AJS will be an added advantage
