Location: Cape Town ? Key Responsibilities: ? Supervise front of house operations & maintain high service standards ? Assist with training, rostering, and staff development ? Ensure smooth daily operations, stock control, and guest satisfaction ? Support health, safety, and hygiene compliance ? Requirements: ? Matric (Hospitality Diploma advantageous) ? 1+ year experience in a similar FOH role ? Strong leadership, communication & organisational skills ?
