Junior Anaplan Consultant

Venn Cubed is looking for a motivated Junior Anaplan Consultant with 1-2 years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or related analytical roles to join our growing Connected Planning practice. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and an interest in building a career in enterprise planning technology.

As a Junior Anaplan Consultant, you will be part of a team to support the design, build, and delivery of Anaplan models across Finance, Supply Chain, Workforce, and Operational planning. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to understand business requirements, translate them into model logic, and help implement best-practice planning solutions. A portion of the role will also involve providing ongoing support and enhancements for existing Anaplan applications already in production.

Key Responsibilities

Support the build and implementation of Anaplan models Assist with gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements Translate business rules into model logic and contribute to model-building activities Perform data validation, testing, and user acceptance support Support and maintain existing Anaplan applications in production, including troubleshooting and enhancements Prepare documentation, dashboards, user guides, and training material Contribute to continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or business analysis Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills Understanding of planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting and demand planning Proficiency in Excel; exposure to modelling, BI, or analytical tools is beneficial. Any previous training or experience in EPM technologies (Anaplan, TM1, SAP BPC, OneStream, Oracle EPM, etc.) is a strong advantage Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Eagerness to complete Anaplan training certifications and grow into a full Anaplan Model Builder
