The Junior Aftercare & Warranty Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Aftersales department. This role plays an essential part in ensuring smooth coordination of warranty processes, customer support activities, and logistics for aftercare operations. The successful candidate will assist with order processing, shipping documentation, supplier returns, and system updates to maintain accurate and timely records across all warranty and aftercare functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Assist with daily administrative tasks for the Aftercare and Warranty program.
Maintain organized records, correspondence, and documentation related to vessel warranty cases.
Support communication with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners as required.
Orders & Shipments
Prepare and process purchase orders for warranty replacements and aftercare parts.
Track outgoing and incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Coordinate with logistics providers and assist with preparation of shipping and customs documentation.
Supplier Returns
Assist in managing supplier return processes for faulty or replacement parts.
Maintain accurate records of returned goods, credit notes, and replacement shipments.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely resolution and feedback.
Warranty & Tracker Updates
Update warranty trackers and internal databases with claim statuses, parts orders, and shipment progress.
Ensure all relevant information is logged and accurately maintained for reporting and traceability.
Assist with compiling weekly and monthly reports as required.

Requirements:
Minimum: Matric or equivalent qualification.
Preferred: Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or logistics support role (advantageous).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with order management or tracking systems (advantageous).
