About the Role
Together with our client in the legal industry, we are seeking a Junior Admitted Conveyancing Attorney to join their dynamic team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of conveyancing and transfer matters, with a focus on sectional title transfers, bond registrations, and client/bank liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of Conveyancer duties
- Opening and managing Sectional Title Registers
- Handle Sectional Title Transfers and Bond Registrations
- Liaise with banks, clients, and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Completed LLB Degree and admitted as a Conveyancer
- Minimum of 2 years post-admittance experience in Conveyancing
- Proven hands-on experience in property transfers (essential)
- Assertive and confident communicator
- Self-driven with strong initiative
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills (advantageous)
