Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with sales by preparing sales proposals and following up with customers.
Support stock management tasks such as updating records and assisting with stock control.
Help with creditors' reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
Coordinate with the sales and admin teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Skills & Attributes:
Organised and detail-oriented with good time management.
Strong communication skills for liaising with customers and suppliers.
Proactive and adaptable, able to assist across admin, sales, and finance functions.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, spreadsheets).
