Junior Administrator (graduate)

Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and diligent Junior Administrator) to support our efforts and help drive attraction through both operational support and social media engagement. In this role, you'll coordinate interviews, manage communication, and create engaging content for social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Handle communication via email and phone in a courteous and professional manner.
- Create, publish, and manage social media content.
- Post social media on internal and external platforms, including boards and social channels.
- Maintain and update databases.
- Assist with documentation and ensure all relevant steps are completed.
- Ensure all records and documents are accurately filed and securely maintained.
- Assist with screening, background checks, and all documentation is correct.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in, communications, industrial psychology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles advantageous.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills for emails, postings, and social content.
- Ability to remain professional and composed when handling queries by phone.
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva).
- Basic graphic design skills or content creation experience is a plus.
