Provide day-to-day administrative support for order processing, ticket management and customer communications while coordinating with sales, technical and billing teams. Ideal for a process-driven self-starter keen to build a career in the telecoms / ISP sector.
Core Responsibilities (high-level)

Order Processing

Review and approve new service orders
Capture upgrades, downgrades and take-overs in internal systems_
Liaise with sales and provisioning teams to keep orders on track
Ticket Management
_
Triage sales and project tickets
Route queries to the correct department and monitor progress_
Provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders and clients
Device & VOIP Coordination
_
Schedule router / phone preparation and dispatch
Maintain accurate records of device allocations and IP requests_
Quotes & Documentation
_
Draft quotes for service changes (e.g., static IPs, router swaps)
File signed approvals and trigger the related workflow steps_
Reporting & Follow-ups
_
Generate basic ticket and order-status reports
Track key dates and follow through on outstanding actions_
Customer Communication
_
Handle inbound & outbound project calls and messages
Coordinate installation times and gather missing documents_
Cross-Team Support
_
Capture reseller and online orders
Rotate into billing / social-media inbox duties as scheduled_
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Confident with MS Office, email and standard admin tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise, work independently and collaborate in a team
Prior admin/support experience or ISP exposure an advantage
Willingness to learn and grow with the organisation
