Education:

Matric.
Completed University Degree majoring in Actuarial Science, honours is preferable.
Making good progress with actuarial exams, with at least 4 CTs

Experience:

At least 1-3 yearsxe2x80x99 work experience, most of which spent in a life insurance valuation environment.
Prophet and DCS experience.
SQL experience - comfortable with working with large amounts data.
Key interest in developing a career in the valuation, balance sheet management and experience investigation

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of actuarial principles and retail insurance products.
Strong knowledge and background of the financial services industry .
Computer literate, strong Excel skills required, Access, SQL skills would be of benefit.
Prophet knowledge and use.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Programming skills.
