Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Account Management Support

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a key client
  • Coordinate communication between the client and internal teams
  • Track deliverables, follow up on deadlines, and ensure client expectations are met
  • Prepare updates, reports, and documentation for meetings
  • Assist in problem-solving and ensuring projects run smoothly
Training & Development Coordination
  • Assist in scheduling, organising, and tracking employee training sessions
  • Liaise with managers and employees on training needs and participation
  • Coordinate logistics for both internal and external training
  • Maintain training records and help monitor development progress
  • Support with onboarding and induction where required

  • Professional and reliable follows through on commitments and takes ownership of outcomes
  • Confident communicator comfortable interacting with clients, management, and staff at all levels

  • Driven to learn and grow wants to develop professionally in account management, HR, or people development
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree or Honours degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or Industrial Psychology
  • Between 0-2 years experience
