Junior Accounts Administrator

We are currently seeking a Junior Finance Administrator to join a well-established and reputable company within the Optical Industry, based in Sandton. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to start or grow their career in finance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Advantageous: Own vehicle and valid Driver's License. Beneficial: Previous experience on Pastel or any other Accounting software. Must have at least 1 - 3 years' experience within a similar role. Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible to monitor the staff register on a weekly basis. Entering of supplier invoices on Pastel. Preforming reconciliations on Pastel Partner for Suppliers. Requesting statements and invoices from suppliers. Managing the Asset register.

Closing Date:
