Requirements:

• Relevant financial and accounting qualification coupled with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

• Manage SG&A (Selling, General, and Administrative Expenses), including reporting on overheads and procurement.
• Prepare the annual SG&A budget, liaise with budget owners, and present to CFO and MD in monthly management report meetings.
• Handle intercompany transactions, balance confirmations, and aging.
• Execute month-end foreign currency valuation and translations for Group Reporting.
• Ensure accurate weekly and month-end submissions for Working Capital Charges (WCC) to Group.
• Handle VAT calculations, monthly submissions, and participate in SARS VAT audits.
• Reconcile daily broker accounts and manage the company-wide Insurance Policy Register.
• Oversee fixed assets, including processing depreciation and managing CAPEX budgets.
• Perform SAP journal processing, account allocation, clearing, and corrections.
• Review daily bank processing, supplier reconciliations, and other inquiries.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of accounting processes.

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
